Our self-developed full-automatic Collimator coupling system can meet the domestic market of various standard Collimator devices fully automated production, such as single fiber, double fiber and four fiber Collimator. The system includes automatic glue-dispensing function and 8-degree angle auto-leveling function, and can be integrated with automatic test function according to customer requirements. The total working time of the system is less than 90 seconds from the beginning of the glass tube to the completion of the coupling, dispensing and testing. The Collimator coupling optical system has a high degree of integration. The high precision sub-micron sensors with our independent intellectual property rights are used to ensure the precision of space positioning and the patented laser Collimator ensures fast 8-degree angle measurement, the system makes use of the image recognition Algorithm to adjust the 8-degree angle quickly, which greatly improves the work efficiency. Compared with traditional manual production, the system can greatly improve the Labor efficiency and ensure the consistency of the finished products.
