    The 100G QSFP + Optical transceiver module automation coupling system SAFC-QSFP800-TX/Rx is suitable for the automatic production of QSFP + optical transceiver module which is widely used in data center and high speed network, the system adopts double-arm Robot Structure Design to ensure the high-efficient picking up and positioning of materials, and adopts high-precision stainless steel electric displacement table to ensure the precise movement in six-axis space. We provide intelligent controller, can connect 12/8/5/4-axis motor, and with self-developed operating software. Compared with manual assembly, the 100G QSFP + receiver automatic alignment system can greatly improve the production capacity, and can help customers solve the dependence of the product on the operator's proficiency, and ensure the consistency of the product.
