Details of the process：

The employee places the product to be assembled on the fixture；

The equipment automatically locates the position and Angle of the product with the position accuracy in the range of /-10um；

Automatically adjust the position and angle of the two assemblies；

Pretest product parameters before assembly；

Gelatinize；

Fitting, and monitoring product parameters, once unqualified, immediately stop the fitting process, alarm prompt operators rework or manual judgment whether to continue；

After lamination, test the product parameters；

Continue the assembly on the Wafer until the fixture is free of product。
